Scroll down--this has several letters, etc. This was so simple, so obvious a leak from the unit above, especially as this shower/bath rarely used. If only it had been fixed within the first few years of complaints, could have avoided extensive damages, costs to the Association, etc. Instead nonsensical letters were sent to me to avoid fixing the problem. In future, I would call health department and bring legal action. Wasted way too much of my time and money. Heard from another owner that this same thing has happened to her recently. This is what our condo fees are going for? Eventually, Montebello had to replace an entire wall in my unit and repaint the entire bathroom--all could have been avoided by fixing a simple leak common  in high-rises.
