Michigan, June.
Went to IR from Duluth--visited family and friends--hikes, and abandoned mines. Saw Lady Slippers, a wild orchid, in woods--and Jack in the Pulpit--also a wild orchid.

Headed to Mackinac City to kill a few days in hotel. Hotels in IR overpriced and/or over-sleezy. Got a beautiful room in Mackinac City with pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi for IR prices for a dump. Plus have view of bridge and lakes from window, and for $5 more my private balcony.

Note to self: Take more pictures of people; especially in case just one doesn't turn out that well
